By accessing, registering, submitting content, applying as a creator, purchasing a subscription, making a payment, or using any service on Raracine, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and all related policies.

User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details updated.

Raracine may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraud, spam, copyright violation, policy violation, illegal activity, or harmful behavior.

Creator Profiles

Users may apply as creators. Creator approval is subject to admin review. Raracine may approve, reject, hold, suspend, remove, or modify creator visibility based on verification, platform standards, policy compliance, and internal review.

Creator approval does not guarantee content approval, monetization, premium visibility, ranking, or promotional placement.

Content Submission

Users may submit content for review. Submission does not guarantee approval, publishing, promotion, monetization, or featured placement.

Submitted content must comply with Raracine’s Content Submission Policy, Content Submission Review SLA, Copyright Policy, Community Guidelines, and any owner agreement required by Raracine.

Rights and Ownership

You must only submit content that you own or are legally authorized to submit. You must have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, music rights, performer permissions, location permissions, poster rights, and third-party permissions.

Raracine may request signed owner declarations, rights documents, licenses, or additional proof before approval, publishing, monetization, or promotion.

Content Exclusivity

Where an agreement or contract requires exclusivity, submitted content must remain exclusive to Raracine during the active agreement term. The content should not be published, streamed, distributed, monetized, or made publicly available on any other platform during the agreement term without written approval from Raracine.

Content published before submission, or content to be published after termination or expiry of an agreement, will be handled as per the specific signed agreement between the rights holder and Raracine.

Payments and Subscriptions

Raracine may offer free and paid services. Payments may be collected through approved payment gateways.

Payment does not guarantee content approval, creator approval, publishing, promotion, monetization, featured placement, or ranking.

Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Review and Approval

Raracine reserves the right to review, approve, reject, hold, remove, restrict, or request edits/documents for any account, creator profile, content submission, or public listing.

Raracine’s admin decision may be final in matters related to platform suitability, content standards, copyright risk, legal risk, or policy violations.

Prohibited Activities

You must not:

Submit illegal, infringing, abusive, hateful, harmful, misleading, or unauthorized content
Upload or submit content without ownership or permission
Misrepresent identity, ownership, rights, or affiliation
Attempt to bypass payment or access controls
Copy, scrape, hack, damage, or misuse the platform
Use Raracine for fraud, spam, or unlawful activity
Violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights

Copyright complaints may be sent to [email protected]. Raracine may request additional documents, ownership proof, signed declarations, or ticket-based verification before taking action.

Limitation of Liability

Raracine is provided on an “as available” basis. While we aim to maintain platform availability and review timelines, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, guaranteed revenue, guaranteed visibility, or guaranteed approval.

Policy Updates

Raracine may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the updated terms.
