Content Owner Declaration & License Agreement

This Content Owner Declaration & License Agreement explains the rights, permissions, declarations, and responsibilities required from content owners, rights holders, producers, creators, agencies, or authorized representatives who submit content to Raracine.

Raracine is operated by Rara Exposers Private Limited.

This page provides the general owner declaration and license understanding. A separate signed agreement, digital consent, upload, form, or document may be required before publishing, monetization, promotion, streaming, or premium placement.

Declaration of Ownership

By submitting content to Raracine, the submitter declares that they are one of the following:

The original owner of the content
The producer or rights holder
An authorized representative of the rights holder
A person or entity with written permission to submit the content
A creator with complete rights and permissions from all required parties

The submitter confirms that they have the authority to grant Raracine rights to review, store, process, display, publish, stream, promote, or use the submitted content as per the applicable agreement.

This declaration may apply to:

Films
Short films
Documentaries
Behind-the-scenes content
Film learning videos
Interviews
Podcasts
Showreels
Camera tests
Posters
Thumbnails
Trailers
Stills
Music or sound elements
Credits and metadata
Other related creative material

Required Rights

The submitter confirms that they have obtained all required rights, permissions, licenses, and clearances, including but not limited to:

Producer rights
Director or creator permission
Writer rights if applicable
Music and background score rights
Sound recording rights
Performer and actor releases
Location permissions
Poster and artwork rights
Editor, cinematographer, and production permissions where required
Third-party footage or asset permissions
Brand, trademark, or property permissions where applicable
Any other rights required for digital publishing or streaming

License to Raracine

Subject to specific signed terms, the submitter grants Raracine permission to review, store, process, display, publish, stream, list, categorize, promote, and make the approved content available on Raracine.

This license may include use of title, poster, thumbnail, trailer, stills, clips, description, credits, metadata, and promotional material for platform-related purposes.

Promotional Use

The submitter may allow Raracine to use content-related material for promotion, including but not limited to:

Platform listing
Homepage placement
Category pages
Social media promotion
Email or notification promotion
Creator or content discovery
Thumbnails or posters
Trailers or short clips
Marketing banners
Press or platform announcements

Monetization

Monetization, paid access, subscription availability, premium placement, revenue share, advertisement use, or other commercial use may require specific written agreement or approval between Raracine and the rights holder.

No monetization is guaranteed unless clearly agreed in writing.

Exclusivity

If content is accepted under an exclusive agreement, the content must remain exclusive to Raracine during the active agreement term.

During the active exclusive agreement term, the content should not be published, streamed, distributed, monetized, sold, licensed, or made publicly available on any other platform without written approval from Raracine.

If the content was previously published, uploaded, distributed, broadcast, screened, or monetized elsewhere, the submitter must disclose this to Raracine before approval or signing.

After termination, expiry, or contract end, content use will be governed by the signed agreement between the parties.

No Infringement Declaration

The submitter declares that the submitted content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy right, publicity right, performer right, music right, contract, license, agreement, or third-party right.

The submitter agrees that any false declaration, missing permission, or rights dispute may lead to rejection, removal, restriction, account action, or legal claim.

Indemnity

The submitter agrees to be responsible for claims, disputes, damages, losses, costs, or legal issues arising from false ownership claims, missing permissions, copyright infringement, unauthorized submission, or breach of this declaration.

Raracine may hold, remove, restrict, or suspend content if any dispute or legal concern arises.

Document Verification

Raracine may request documents such as:

Signed owner agreement
Producer declaration
Authorization letter
Copyright certificate
Music license
Performer release
Company authorization
ID proof
GST or company proof
Chain of title documents
No objection certificate
Any other rights proof

Failure to provide documents may result in rejection, hold, removal, or non-publication.

Admin Approval

Raracine reserves the right to approve, reject, hold, remove, hide, restrict, or request additional documents for any content at any time.

Approval of submission does not guarantee publishing, promotion, monetization, premium placement, featured placement, or revenue.

Digital or Physical Signature

Raracine may accept digital consent, checkbox confirmation, scanned signed agreement, physical signed agreement, email confirmation, ticket-based confirmation, or platform-based approval depending on the workflow.

A signed document may be mandatory before publishing, monetization, or promotion.

Important Note
