Content Submission Policy

This Content Submission Policy applies to all users, creators, submitters, rights holders, producers, filmmakers, agencies, and representatives who submit content to Raracine.

Raracine is operated by Rara Exposers Private Limited.

By submitting any content, link, poster, document, declaration, or related information to Raracine, you agree to this policy along with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Content Submission Review SLA, Copyright Policy, Community Guidelines, and any applicable owner agreement.

Purpose of Submission

Raracine allows users and authorized rights holders to submit creative video content for review. Submission may be used for platform consideration, publishing, streaming, listing, promotion, creator discovery, learning, or other approved use depending on Raracine’s internal review and agreement terms.

Types of Content That May Be Submitted

Raracine may accept submissions for:

Films
Short films
Documentaries
Behind-the-scenes content
Film learning content
Creator showreels
Interviews
Podcasts
Camera tests
Travel and culture films
Creative visual projects
Other content approved by Raracine

Submission Is Not Approval

Submitting content to Raracine does not guarantee approval, publishing, streaming, promotion, monetization, ranking, featured placement, or platform visibility.

All submissions are subject to review by Raracine.

Who Can Submit

You may submit content only if you are:

The owner of the content
The producer or rights holder
An authorized representative of the rights holder
A person or entity with written permission to submit the content
A creator with required permissions from all involved parties

You must not submit content if you do not have the legal right to submit it.

Submitter Responsibility

The submitter is responsible for ensuring that the submitted content does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy right, publicity right, contract, agreement, music right, performer right, location right, or third-party right.

The submitter must ensure that all permissions, licenses, releases, and approvals are available before submission.

Source Links

Submitted source links must be accessible for review. If a link is private, expired, restricted, removed, broken, or inaccessible, Raracine may delay, hold, reject, or close the submission.

The submitter must ensure that source links have proper access permissions.

Content Quality

Raracine may consider quality, format, resolution, audio, subtitles, poster quality, metadata, production standard, platform suitability, audience relevance, and legal risk before approving content.

Raracine may reject or hold content if the content is incomplete, technically unsuitable, poor quality, misleading, unsafe, legally risky, or not aligned with platform standards.

Review and Verification

Raracine may review:

Content quality
Ownership proof
Rights documents
Copyright status
Music and third-party permissions
Legal and policy compliance
Platform suitability
Category accuracy
Public display readiness
Monetization suitability
Promotional suitability

Raracine may request additional documents at any stage.

Exclusivity

During the active agreement or contract term with Raracine, submitted and approved content may be required to remain exclusive to Raracine as per the signed agreement.

Unless otherwise approved in writing by Raracine, exclusive content should not be published, streamed, distributed, monetized, or made publicly available on any other platform during the active agreement term.

If the content was previously published elsewhere, the submitter must disclose this before approval. Content that may be published after termination, expiry, or contract end will be handled according to the signed owner agreement.

Owner Agreement

Before publishing, monetization, promotion, or premium placement, Raracine may require the submitter or rights holder to sign a Content Owner Declaration & License Agreement.

Raracine may refuse to publish or monetize content if required rights documents are not provided.

Publishing and Platform Rights

If approved, Raracine may publish, list, display, stream, promote, or make content available according to the applicable agreement, policy, and platform rules.

Approval of content does not automatically guarantee premium placement, monetization, homepage placement, leaderboard benefit, promotion, advertisement, or featured status.

Rejection

Raracine may reject content for reasons including but not limited to:

Incomplete information
Broken or inaccessible source links
Copyright risk
Ownership dispute
Missing permissions
Poor technical quality
Policy violation
Legal concern
Misleading information
Platform unsuitability
Duplicate submission
Non-exclusive conflict
Music rights issue
Community guideline violation
Any other reason determined by Raracine

Resubmission

If content is rejected, the submitter may be allowed to submit corrected or updated content, subject to Raracine’s rules and admin decision.

Repeated incorrect, infringing, misleading, or abusive submissions may result in restriction or blocking of submission access.

Payment and Submission Fee

Content submission on Raracine is currently free unless a paid review, premium submission, processing, promotional, subscription, or other paid service is introduced.

If any payment is introduced, payment does not guarantee content approval, publishing, promotion, monetization, ranking, or featured placement.

Copyright Complaints

If Raracine receives a copyright complaint, ownership dispute, or legal notice, the content may be held, hidden, removed, restricted, or investigated.

The submitter may be required to provide proof of rights and ownership.

Policy Updates

Raracine may update this Content Submission Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated policy.
