Raracine is designed as a hybrid platform where users may watch content, discover creators, submit content for review, apply as creators, and participate in platform-based creator discovery features such as profiles, voting, premium visibility, and leaderboard systems.

Creator and Submitter System
A user may apply as a creator to build a public creator profile on Raracine. A user may also submit content for review even if they do not have an approved creator profile, subject to platform rules and admin approval.
Creator profile approval and content approval are separate processes. Approval as a creator does not automatically guarantee approval of submitted content.
Content Review and Rights
All submitted content is subject to review by Raracine. Raracine may approve, reject, hold, remove, or request additional documents for any content depending on quality, ownership, copyright, rights, platform standards, and legal requirements.
Content submitted to Raracine must follow the applicable Content Submission Policy, Content Submission Review SLA, Copyright Policy, Community Guidelines, and any signed owner or rights holder agreement.
