This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to Raracine services operated by Rara Exposers Private Limited.
By making a payment, purchasing a subscription, activating a creator plan, or using any paid service on Raracine, you agree to this policy.
General Rule
Raracine provides digital services, review-based services, creator visibility services, platform access, and content-related processing. Because these are digital and service-based offerings, payments are generally non-refundable once the service is activated, access is provided, or the review/process has started.
Content Submission
Content submission on Raracine is currently free unless a specific paid service, premium submission, processing fee, review fee, subscription, or promotional service is introduced.
If any paid content submission or review-related service is introduced in the future, payment will not guarantee approval, publishing, promotion, monetization, or featured placement.
Payment, if applicable, may be charged for submission processing, review workflow, service access, platform use, or premium processing. Such payment does not guarantee any final approval or outcome.
Subscription Services
For OTT-style access, viewer subscriptions, creator premium plans, or other digital subscription services, fees are generally non-refundable once access or benefits are activated.
Creator Premium Plans
Creator premium services may provide visibility, badge display, contact visibility, profile-related benefits, or other creator-specific features as offered by Raracine.
Creator premium payment does not guarantee ranking, votes, leads, work opportunities, approval of content, monetization, or business results.
Cancellation
Users may stop using the service at any time. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund unless specifically approved by Raracine or required by applicable law.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:
Service has been activated
Subscription access has started
Creator premium benefits have been activated
Review process has started
Content has been submitted for processing
User changed their mind
User provided incorrect details
User violated Raracine policies
Content was rejected due to rights, quality, legal, or policy issues
Creator application was rejected after review
Account was restricted due to misuse or violation
Payment was made for a digital or review-based service already initiated
Content Rejection and Refunds
Content rejection does not automatically qualify for a refund. Raracine may reject content due to copyright risk, insufficient rights documents, quality concerns, incomplete information, policy violations, legal concerns, or platform suitability.
Approval, publishing, promotion, monetization, and featured placement are not guaranteed.
Duplicate or Failed Transactions
If a duplicate payment or technical payment failure occurs, users may contact [email protected] with payment details. Raracine may verify the transaction with the payment gateway and process resolution where applicable.
Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund is approved by Raracine, the processing timeline may depend on the payment gateway, bank, and transaction method. Refunds may take several working days after approval.
Payment Gateway Charges
Payment gateway charges, taxes, bank charges, or processing fees may not be refundable unless required by law or approved by Raracine.

Ticket Center
Raracine may provide a ticket-based support system in the future. Once available, users may be required to raise refund, payment, content, or support requests through the Ticket Center for faster tracking and resolution.

Refund approval is subject to Raracine’s review, service status, payment gateway records, applicable laws, and platform policies.
