Copyright / DMCA Policy

Read Raracine’s copyright policy for takedown requests, ownership disputes, rights verification, and content removal.

Copyright / DMCA Policy

Raracine respects copyright, intellectual property rights, and lawful ownership of creative content.

This Copyright / DMCA Policy explains how Raracine handles copyright complaints, takedown requests, ownership disputes, rights verification, and content-related legal communication.

Raracine is operated by Rara Exposers Private Limited.

Copyright Responsibility

Users, creators, submitters, owners, producers, and representatives must only submit content that they own or are legally authorized to submit.

The submitter is responsible for ensuring that content does not violate copyright, music rights, performer rights, trademark rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, contract rights, or any third-party rights.

Content Review Is Not Legal Certification

Raracine may review content, but approval or publishing by Raracine does not mean that Raracine certifies full legal ownership.

Raracine may rely on submitter declarations, owner agreements, rights documents, and representations provided by the submitter or rights holder.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe that content on Raracine infringes your copyright or ownership rights, you may contact:

[email protected]

Your complaint should include:

Your full name
Company or organization name, if applicable
Email address
Phone number, if available
Proof of ownership or authorization
Link or title of the disputed content on Raracine
Description of the copyrighted work
Explanation of the alleged infringement
Documents supporting your claim
A declaration that the information provided is accurate
Your signature or authorized confirmation if requested

Incomplete Complaints

Incomplete complaints may take longer to process. Raracine may request additional documents, identity proof, ownership proof, authorization letter, agreement copy, copyright certificate, or other verification documents.

Action After Complaint

After receiving a copyright complaint, Raracine may:

Review the complaint
Ask for additional documents
Contact the submitter or rights holder
Temporarily hold or hide the content
Restrict access to the content
Remove the content
Reject further publishing
Ask parties to resolve ownership dispute
Take other action as appropriate

Counter-Claims

If a submitter or rights holder believes a complaint is incorrect, they may be asked to provide proof of ownership, license, authorization, chain of title, agreement, or other rights documents.

Raracine may not restore disputed content until it is satisfied with the documents or until the dispute is resolved.

Ownership Disputes

Raracine is not a court or final legal authority for ownership disputes. If competing parties claim ownership, Raracine may hold, hide, restrict, or remove the content until the dispute is resolved or sufficient proof is provided.

Repeat Infringement

Accounts or submitters involved in repeated copyright violations, false declarations, unauthorized submissions, or rights disputes may be restricted, blocked, suspended, or removed from Raracine.

False Claims

Submitting false copyright complaints, false ownership documents, fake authorization, or misleading legal claims may result in account action and may expose the claimant to legal responsibility.

Music and Third-Party Rights

Content containing music, background score, stock footage, archival footage, brand logos, third-party images, celebrity likeness, location footage, or other protected material must have proper rights and permissions.

Raracine may reject or remove content if such rights are unclear.

Ticket Center

Raracine may provide a ticket-based support system in the future. Once available, copyright complaints, takedown requests, rights disputes, and legal communication may be required to be submitted through the Ticket Center for better tracking and resolution.
