Creator Policy

This Creator Policy applies to users who apply for, manage, or appear as creators on Raracine.

Raracine is operated by Rara Exposers Private Limited.

By applying as a creator or using creator-related features, you agree to this Creator Policy along with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Content Submission Policy, Copyright Policy, and any other applicable policy.

Creator Profile Purpose

A creator profile on Raracine is intended to help artists, filmmakers, production professionals, technicians, performers, directors, cinematographers, editors, writers, agencies, and other creative professionals showcase their profile for discovery.

Creator Application

Users may apply as creators by submitting required information such as name, contact details, category, location, profile image, ID proof if required, portfolio links, gallery images, bio, and social links.

Submitting a creator application does not guarantee approval.

Creator Review Timeline

Creator applications are generally reviewed within 3–7 working days.

Review may take longer if information is incomplete, verification is required, submission volume is high, documents are unclear, or further admin review is needed.

Approval and Rejection

Raracine may approve, reject, hold, or request updates for any creator application.

Raracine may reject a creator profile for reasons including but not limited to:

Incomplete details
Invalid or unclear documents
Misleading information
Fake profile
Wrong category
Low-quality or inappropriate profile media
Policy violation
Identity or ownership concern
Spam or abuse
Legal or safety risk
Platform suitability concerns

Creator Profile Visibility

Approved creator profiles may be publicly visible on Raracine.

Public creator details may include name, category, location, bio, profile image, gallery, social links, video links, verification badge, premium badge, votes, and other profile-related details.

Contact Visibility

Some contact details may be hidden by default and may be visible only when allowed by Raracine, enabled by premium features, or approved by admin configuration.

Users should not misuse creator contact details for spam, harassment, fraud, or unauthorized promotion.

Verified Creator

A verified badge may indicate that Raracine has reviewed certain creator details or documents. Verification does not guarantee employment, opportunity, authenticity of every claim, legal ownership of content, or professional performance.

Raracine may grant, remove, hold, or revoke verification at its discretion.

Premium Creator

Premium creator features may include improved visibility, premium badge, contact visibility, profile highlight, or other creator-specific benefits as offered by Raracine.

Premium status may be enabled through admin approval or active paid creator subscription, depending on platform rules.

Premium creator status does not guarantee votes, ranking, leads, work opportunities, content approval, monetization, income, or business results.

Voting and Leaderboard

Raracine may offer voting and leaderboard features for creator discovery.

Votes, ranking, weekly votes, and leaderboard placement may change over time. Raracine may restrict, reset, adjust, or remove votes if misuse, fake voting, spam, technical abuse, or policy violation is detected.

Creator Responsibilities

Creators must:

Provide accurate information
Use only authorized profile images and gallery images
Avoid fake identity or misleading claims
Respect copyright and privacy rights
Maintain professional conduct
Avoid spam or abusive behavior
Follow Raracine policies
Update details if information changes
Not misuse platform visibility or contact features

Prohibited Creator Conduct

Creators must not:

Create fake profiles
Impersonate others
Upload unauthorized images
Use misleading categories or claims
Manipulate votes
Harass users or other creators
Use Raracine for fraud or spam
Submit illegal, infringing, or harmful content
Violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
Misuse premium or verified status

Creator and Content Submission Are Separate

Approval as a creator does not automatically approve any film, video, or content submission.

Content submitted by a creator is reviewed separately under the Content Submission Policy and Content Submission Review SLA.

Suspension or Removal

Raracine may suspend, hide, restrict, remove, or edit creator profiles if there is a policy violation, rights complaint, misleading information, user complaint, legal concern, admin decision, or platform safety issue.

Raracine may also provide a ticket-based support system for tracking creator requests, complaints, verification issues, and profile-related communication.

Policy Updates

Raracine may update this Creator Policy from time to time. Continued use of creator features means you accept the updated policy.
