These Community Guidelines apply to all users, creators, submitters, rights holders, viewers, and visitors using Raracine.

Raracine is operated by Rara Exposers Private Limited.

By using Raracine, you agree to maintain safe, respectful, lawful, and responsible behavior.

Purpose

Raracine aims to support films, creators, independent visual storytelling, film learning, and content discovery. These guidelines help maintain a professional and trusted platform environment.

Respectful Conduct

Users must interact respectfully with creators, submitters, viewers, support teams, and platform representatives.

Harassment, threats, abuse, hate, intimidation, bullying, stalking, or personal attacks are not allowed.

Accurate Information

Users, creators, and submitters must provide accurate information. Fake profiles, false claims, misleading ownership information, fake documents, impersonation, and misrepresentation are not allowed.

Content Standards

Submitted or displayed content must not be illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, misleading, exploitative, or unsafe.

Content must comply with applicable law, copyright rules, platform policies, and community standards.

Prohibited Content

Raracine may reject, restrict, remove, or block content involving:

Copyright infringement
Unauthorized music or third-party assets
False ownership claims
Hate speech
Abuse or harassment
Sexual exploitation
Child exploitation
Extreme violence
Illegal activity
Fraud or scams
Defamation
Privacy violation
Unauthorized personal data
Misleading claims
Malware or harmful links
Spam or mass promotion
Content violating applicable law

Copyright and Rights

Users must only submit or upload content they own or are legally authorized to submit.

All necessary permissions, releases, licenses, and owner approvals must be obtained before submission.

Voting and Engagement

Voting, ranking, contact, profile, and engagement features must not be manipulated.

Fake votes, bot activity, paid vote manipulation, repeated abuse, spam voting, or technical misuse may result in vote removal, profile restriction, or account action.

Creator Conduct

Creators must maintain professional behavior, truthful profile information, and lawful use of images, videos, portfolio links, and contact details.

Creators must not misuse premium, verified, or public visibility features.

Submitter Conduct

Submitters must submit only authorized content and must provide accurate credits, metadata, source links, and rights information.

Submitters must not use Raracine to submit stolen, copied, disputed, or unauthorized content.

Platform Safety

Users must not attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, damage, bypass payment systems, bypass access controls, or misuse Raracine systems.

Spam and Promotion

Unauthorized spam, repetitive promotion, misleading advertising, fake offers, or irrelevant posting is not allowed.

Reports and Complaints

Users may report concerns, copyright issues, abuse, or policy violations at [email protected].

Raracine may also provide a ticket-based support system for tracking complaints and content-related issues.

Action by Raracine

Raracine may take action including:

Warning
Content hold
Content removal
Profile restriction
Account restriction
Vote adjustment
Premium or verified removal
Submission access block
Permanent account removal
Legal or compliance action where required

Admin Decision

Raracine’s admin decision may be final in matters related to platform safety, content suitability, creator visibility, policy enforcement, and community standards.

Policy Updates

Raracine may update these Community Guidelines from time to time.
