Content Submission Review SLA
This Content Submission Review SLA explains the estimated review timelines, process expectations, submitter responsibilities, and communication standards for content submitted to Raracine.
Raracine is operated by Rara Exposers Private Limited.
This SLA applies to content submitters, creators, rights holders, producers, authorized representatives, and users submitting content for review on Raracine.
Important Note
Content submission is currently free unless a paid review, premium submission, processing, promotional, subscription, or other paid service is introduced.
Submission does not guarantee approval, publishing, streaming, promotion, monetization, ranking, featured placement, or platform visibility.
Purpose of SLA
This SLA is intended to help submitters understand:
How the review process works
Estimated timelines
What may delay review
What documents may be required
What happens after approval or rejection
Support communication expectations
Raracine’s final decision authority
Review Stages
Raracine may review submitted content in one or more stages:
1. Eligibility Review
This is the initial review of the submission request, source link, title, description, category, and basic suitability.
Estimated timeline: 2–5 working days
2. Full Content Review
This is a deeper review of content quality, rights, ownership, source links, poster, metadata, credits, platform fit, and legal risk.
Estimated timeline: 3–10 working days
3. Rights and Document Verification
If required, Raracine may ask for ownership proof, signed declarations, music rights, artist release, producer permission, contract, or other documentation.
Timeline may depend on how quickly the submitter provides complete and valid documents.
4. Correction or Re-review
If Raracine requests corrections, new links, missing documents, or updated details, re-review may take additional time.
Estimated timeline: 3–7 working days after complete correction is received
Support Response Timeline
General support response: 24–72 working hours
Content-related support: 24–72 working hours
Legal or copyright requests: Timeline may vary depending on documents and verification
Rights verification: Timeline may vary depending on owner response and document completeness
Support hours are generally 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST.
Working Days
Working days generally mean Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, technical downtime, internal review delays, legal review periods, or high-volume submission periods.
Delays
Review may take longer if:
Source links are broken or inaccessible
Content files are incomplete
Poster or metadata is missing
Rights documents are missing
Owner identity is unclear
Copyright or music rights need verification
Content requires legal review
There is a dispute or complaint
Submission volume is high
Technical issues occur
Raracine requests additional information
Submitter delays response
Approval Is Not Guaranteed
Submission does not guarantee approval.
Raracine may approve, reject, hold, restrict, hide, remove, or request changes for any content based on quality, policy, ownership, rights, legal concerns, platform suitability, copyright risk, or internal decision.
Payment Does Not Guarantee Approval
If any payment, subscription, review fee, processing fee, premium submission fee, or service charge applies in the future, such payment will not guarantee content approval, publishing, promotion, monetization, featured placement, ranking, or platform visibility.
Payment, if applicable, may be charged for review processing, service access, platform use, or premium workflow, not for guaranteed approval.
After Approval
If content is approved, Raracine may publish, schedule, list, stream, display, or promote the content according to platform rules and applicable agreements.
Additional owner agreement, rights verification, or documents may still be required before public publishing, monetization, or promotion.
After Rejection
If content is rejected, Raracine may provide a reason or note where appropriate. Rejection may be due to content quality, rights issues, copyright risk, incomplete information, platform suitability, legal concerns, policy violation, or other internal reasons.
A rejected submission does not automatically qualify for refund if a paid service exists, unless approved by Raracine or required by law.
Resubmission
Raracine may allow corrected resubmission. Re-review timelines apply after all requested corrections and documents are received.
Repeated incorrect, misleading, infringing, or abusive submissions may result in account restrictions or submission access blocks.
Rights Holder Verification
Raracine may require the submitter or owner to provide signed rights documents, owner declaration, license agreement, ID proof, company proof, authorization letter, music license, performer release, or other documents.
Failure to provide requested documents may result in delay, hold, rejection, removal, or non-publication.
Exclusivity During Agreement
If content is approved under an exclusive agreement, the content must remain exclusive to Raracine during the active agreement term unless Raracine provides written approval otherwise.
The submitter or rights holder must disclose whether the content was previously published elsewhere or is currently available on another platform.
Platform Authority
Raracine’s admin/review decision may be final in matters related to review status, platform suitability, copyright risk, quality standards, publishing, visibility, and policy compliance.
Ticket Center
Raracine may provide a ticket-based support system in the future. Once available, submitters, creators, rights holders, and users may be required to raise support tickets for review status, copyright issues, ownership documents, disputes, and content-related communication.
